Installed this part and it lasted maybe 300 miles/2 weeks. The center part of the joint broke and completely separated. Replaced with a Moog joint like I should have to begin with.

Easy to install is not what a ball joint is but this was as easy as any other I've installed.

Had to remove material from ball joint surface to enable it to be pressed into vehicle fitting.

These joints are short-lived. I had three warrantied out within the course of two months, because every single one developed a good amount of side to side slop. Which resulted in horrible steering, feel an overall feel of the truck..

You had better have a serious tool to remove the old one and install the new one. Fixed my problem. Initial impression is 2 thumbs up.

Pics show you an easy way to remove the old ball joint. Do yourself a favor and cut the bolt off the old ball joint to remove it with the tool. Kryptonite brand looks and seems good but time will tell.

These folks designed this ball joint to go in and come out easier than OEM.The ball joint seemed beefier than other brands.Next purchase will be all the other Kriptonite front end ball joints.
