I'm 6'2" and 250 pounds. This belt was easy to adjust to my profile.It has a separate inner belt that shields your body against any accessories you attach to the outside belt.The belt is very strong, I wouldn't recommend trying this, but the belt could easily support my full weight without letting loose.The belt is highly functional and comes with 6 attachment straps, all of which are removable and can slide around the belt to meet your needs.You can use the inner belt to lock the attachment straps in place once you get them where you want.I had bought a belt similar to this several years ago to use for competition shooting and it only had metal grommets to use as attachment points.These became a hindrance as they would dig into my sides after prolonged use.The belt is rigid yet flexible enough to be comfortable.I also like that this belt is only 2 inches tall.For me that is about perfect, not to skinny as to dig into my sides but not to wide and become unwieldy.For the money, I would say this belt is worth every penny.It also looks very tactical and I personally like how it looks.5 stars.

Works well for the price. Material does hold up to daily rigorous use. The velcro is also sturdy and sticky as should be.

Work in corrections and needed a good belt. This one is light weight and comfortable had to guess at size but overall pleased. I had to trim the inner belt cause it was longer that putter but easy to adjust got a large should have went xl. Good buy and will by again if I need a second.

If you're looking for a super nicely made Duty Belt that you can trust then look no further. This unit comes with an in er and outer belt which are married together to create the complete belt. Thus thing is so strong you could probably pick a person up without this belt breaking . The main buckle has a 3rd safety latch so you won't accidentally unbuckle it while bending over. Each side has 3 belt keepers to make sure the belt maintains the sizing you have chosen.there are also 2 belt hooks for keys or anything else that hangs. This is a really awesome super heavy duty Duty Belt at a fair price.

Snaps on belt retainers are cheap.Strange Velcro positioning at the ends of the belt.
