I thought I was getting an alternative packaging for Moose Farkel. No dice. Literally, because that game requires six dice and this one has 5. My fault: I didn't read carefully enough. But the moose dice are still cute if you know a game that needs five dice.

A push your luck game that my 6 year old can easily participate in. Portable with minimal instructions and lasts just long enough to entertain at a restaurant while waiting for food!

If one does an Amazon search for “travel-sized Farkle”, this is the first result. It is NOT a dice set one can use for this popular game because this set only comes with five dice. Of course, I guess it’s largely my own fault for not noticing that it’s actually listed as a “dice game”. However, the makers shouldn’t use the word, Farkle”, as a search term as this set CANNOT be used to play that game. My wife and I gave a set as a very small Christmas gift / stocking stuffer, to several friends and family members… then had to send each recipient one additional dice so they could actually play Farkle, as we intended.

Took this on a cruise and had o fight off the crowds every time we played moose farkel. Love the game and love these die.
