Socks stay on, provide adequate floor traction and are fully waterproof on the bottom. Perfect to prevent licking and to keep healing paw injuries clean and dry during quick potty breaks outside.

Nice item and idea. My dog has skinny ankles and couldn't keep the shoes on. Sizing is hard to pin point, too. Had to return, sadly.

Returned. The sizing was way off & hard to get on.

Booties work well at doggy daycare. Dog was becoming less interactive with the other dogs because the floor has a sheen. Tried these boots and his confidence is back and he’s playing with the best of them.I’ve washed them but let them air dry. Stickiness returns after they’re clean.Only downside is that they don’t stay on well.

Leider für einen Rottweiler nicht geeignet. Größte Größe noch zu klein. Schade

These put me in mind of those chemical gloves used when dealing with things you don’t want exposure to. I had to peel them apart, (which wasn’t an issue but spoke to how the grip is) and they seemed very much water repellent in every area except for the socks at the upper portion. Seemed to me that the rain would soak the sock portion which would then leak down into the lower portion of the boot. In my opinion, that one simple flaw would prevent these from being even adequate as a rain boot for our babies. The next issue I had was the neck of the sock portion was so incredibly tiny that I couldn’t imagine how anyone could get the paw in safely and without a lot of struggle. It’s rough and extremely tiny opening of the sock mouth makes this set of rain shoes a failure in my opinion. The idea is awesome, but it still needs some tweaking to be viable to most four legged babies to be comfortable and secure in.No, I would not recommend these rain boots to anyone.

Although we followed the sizing guidelines, the product did not fit our dog. Returns were challenging; seller gave option to return but I had to pay shipping up front, they said a reimbursement of up to $20 would be sent. I was only credited $10 instead of the $18.98 that it cost me. Beware dealing with this seller.

These stayed on while we hiked through the woods. Only came off when he was playing with another dog, which is understandable.

My dog is 38lbs. I ordered a size M/2.2". The top half is a sock which is really tight and a little hard to get on. The bottom half is a polyester shoe like material. Her paws don't quite fill the bottom of the shoe part. I can't speak for my dog so i don't know if they feel warm to her or not. I can say the sock part doesn't stetch but they are slightly thick. While on her paws, she walked weird in the house but better outside. Slipped off a couple times outside but i put them back on. As advertised, they're not winter/snow shoes but i use them for that, for now. I walk her 3 times a day. The shoe/sock has held up so far. Not too bad in light snow but the sock part is not water resistant, obviously. They'll remain wet and she slips on icey parts of the snow. However, when we get home from the walk, her feet are in good shape. They're dry and not cut up or bruised from the winter weather and salt which is the most important part. Overall, she tolerates them well. I would recommend.

Got these for my old hound to help her get up on our tile floor. She has what my kids like to call “double-stuffed” paws. I used the measurement guide on the product description, but the non-slip part is not stretchable, and somewhat slick. The booties seem very well-made and secured on pretty well with the Velcro. Price is reasonable.I would have preferred that the waterproof part was more textured and grippy on our slippery floors. I left the booties on her back legs overnight (we got the booties because a couple of times previously she ended up stuck with her legs splayed behind her, and no traction, and we think that created some injury), to help her get up as we slept. But the first night we left the booties on she had one paw that got seriously swelled up (Velcro WAS secured pretty tightly, or booties would come off). I do think the booties gave her a little time to heal from the splaying incident.Would I recommend? No, not as is, at least not for my dog.Suggestions: waterproof is nice, but not at the expense of fit. More rubbery grip, able to stretch with sock, and a bit higher on sock (my dog needed grip on sides of foot/leg to help her stop sliding from laying position, and get her feet under her).Maybe w/stretchability just use tube-sock design, so paw size/thickness doesn’t matter, and twisting doesn’t create a problem.Perhaps a “suspender” type of retention, so to avoid too-tight Velcro? Not as cute, but a possible solution. Thanks

We bought these for our old pup. He had hip dysplasia and as he aged, he had a very hard time navigating our floors. We tried a few different things: the paw pad powder grippy things, grippy socks, grips on his toe nails, throw rugs all over the house, a sling for us to lift his rear end up and down the stairs. Nothing worked. Well the sling worked but wasn't meant to be long term. Then I found these Anti Slip Dog Socks. And my old pup had some pep in his step again! He LOVED wearing them (even though years ago, we tried socks and he hated them!)We live in Seattle, so we see a few wet days, and these held up well to the mud. They were washed often (we only put them on his back legs) and did start to show signs of wear after about 2 months, but it was minor and totally expected. One thing to note, if the velcro isn't positioned in the right spot on your pup's leg, they will slip down and make it harder for your pup to walk. Finding the right spot will be trial and error for a bit. So watch your pup closely the first few weeks, or until you don't see them slipping any more. I found the right spot to be at the very end of the sock, wrapped tight. It would be better if the velcro had elastic in it!
