The padding in the middle the protects your knee became flat after first day. Unless now. If you are buying these foe knee support while working on your knees, look elsewhere. Garbage.

Great quality, only worn them a couple of times but I'm already loving them. I use them for ice skating and they really make a difference compared to the plastic knee protectors. It's much easier to bend your knees, as they are made of fabric.

I use these for broomball and purposely dive after the ball because I know my knees won’t hurt. They get a little sweaty underneath. I’ve been meaning to wash them, will update after washing to see if they hold up

My youngest son is an incoming Freshman in high school. He is in the band and they compete at a national level each year. They have begun summer band and requested that the kids get some knee pads due to marching and performing on the parking lot that has a field painted on it. They do morning workouts for endurance and also bend down on their knees as part of the show. The padding is bulky enough but not obnoxious. He says they are a little snug but they have been loosening up a bit as he wears them more often. We looked at several options on landed on these. Thank you!
