The added height these casters give my K&M 17525 is nice, giving more room for any odd shapes (which I don't have) but also just for having the guitars a little further from the hot-lava that is the floor. Keeps the entire stand stable and rolls easy, even over shaggy carpet, but especially over tile or linoleum flooring.The wheels tend to lock themselves on their own. This style of casters usually do, in my experience, for some reason. I guess it's kind of good, but also bad. I usually end up dragging at least one caster when I'm trying to tractor my Open Guitar Vault around my bathroom.Also, I wish the wheels were larger in diamter. I should've just measured their shafts and got different/larger casters, but I trusted the brand and put my faith into their design and engineering... I still wonder if this thing would fare better if I still did upgrade its shoes/wheels/rims. So I still just might. Upgrade its rims. But not really, because it works well enough so I guess I won't spend more, since I already spent this much on these. So if you're reading this, just buy different ones from the get-go, better, bigger ones, and skip this set. For about the same price, you can get some sweet rolling urethane wheels for this rig.It sure would help if I wrote the measurements of their shafts and all the descriptions to make it easier for you to source a different/better/bigger set, so I will: "Mounting Stem: Push-in type - 11x22mm (7/16"x7/8")"If you don't need brakes, which I don't, since it's really just for home use, because you'd want a proper road-vault for touring... I purchased these castors to go with a model 17525 5 electric guitar stand. They install quickly and easily and make the moving of the guitar stand very easy, important for moving the stand about when cleaning the office. (No one touches my guitars but me.) Highly recommended.

Da ich meine Gitarren auf engen Raum habe, sind die Rollen für mich sehr komfortabel,da ich den Gitarrenständer dadurch gut bewegen kann ohne das ich Angst haben muss, dass den Gitarren etwas passiert.
