1. One year manufacturer defect warranty on all wheels (includes hub, rim and spoke), provided wheels are installed by professional company or mechanic. incorrect installation or use voids warranty.
2.Our wheels are fully adjusted and spokes are tighten during assembly. however, we still recommend buyer to double check and tightening both the front and rear spokes before riding. this is to make wheels keep a balanced level of tension in their components.
3.Return accepted. returned items must be unused and undamaged. in case of installation or fitting issue you must always contact our technical assistance. for safety and responsibility reasons and possible installation or fitting issue must be investigated and solved first.

Disappointed with the money I spent I had a front tire that was not put on the rim correctly it was pinching tube I had to bring it to a tire shop. Also I was missing the brake adapter in the package took another 3weeks to come in. Overall pretty disappointed with the quality control especially for a product with a big price tag like this...
