USB connected to Switch, it blinks but no connection to N64 Controller. Getting very irritated with this device. Followed every step the direction say. But to no success in connecting with 3rd Party N64 controller. USB that connects to switch docking station ain't flashing fast for N64 controller to pair. USB Reset button ain't working right.

Switch seemed to let me use this controller for anything but what I wanted to use it with. The N64 application on the console refused to recognize the controller.Setup was just really complicated for what it is, in wireless mode anyway.Blame Nintendo or this controller, but just buy the one Nintendo sells. Better quality, less hassle.

9 year old wanted to play the N64 games on the switch and I got this for him. It works great and is no issue with connectivity

I love this controller. It works wonderful with my switch and the Online+ N64 games. It works great on kubuntu, although I had a BIT of trouble getting it to work with emulators on windows. (protip: read the instruction manual and try out different modes if you can't get the default to work.)

The KIWITATA Wireless N64 Controller is a fantastic addition for anyone wanting to relive the N64 era, especially if you’re using emulators on your PC or playing on a Switch. The retro design is spot-on, and it really nails that nostalgic N64 feel while adding modern conveniences like wireless connectivity. The M-shaped design and classic button layout immediately take me back, though it also reminds me that N64 ergonomics are… unique! But that’s part of the charm.Setting it up was simple, and I haven’t had any noticeable lag or connectivity issues with the 2.4GHz wireless connection, which maintains a strong link from up to 25 feet away. The battery life is impressive, lasting a solid 10-15 hours per charge, so I can really get into longer play sessions without worrying about recharging. I also appreciate the built-in rumble and memory card port for those who want an extra layer of retro authenticity, though keep in mind the vibration only works on an actual N64 console. For retro gaming fans, this controller is a great find. It perfectly replicates the old-school experience with enough updates to make it seamless for modern gaming, whether you’re diving back into Zelda or GoldenEye. I’m thrilled with it for my emulator sessions!

I initially really enjoyed using this controller for N64 online games; the instructions made connecting it straightforward and it seemed like a better way to play. The cost is also half the price of 1st party version (once you add in shipping), so I really didn't mind that the controller felt too light or that the rumble felt weak too. What I wanted most was better joystick control, the N64 games really rely on precise joystick movements. Compared to a pro-controller, the aiming in Perfect Dark and Goldeneye was still difficult... but I did note some improvement when playing Turok. Where I noticed the poorest performance was with Zelda MM, both with movement and when aiming. I realize this controller has a low price tag... I don't want to spend too much just to occasionally play some N64 online... but I want something that at least enhances the experience.

Got this to play some N64 emulators on my PC. It's just not the same to play with a normal xbox controller and this helps with that nostalgic feel. The controller is surprisingly well built and the buttons and joystick feel good. Being wireless, there's always a concern with connectivity and latency but this handles it pretty well. It's not perfect but acceptable for emulators. Of course, being an N64 controller, the ergonomics are terrible but that's the joy of it. Extremely nostalgic and worth getting for that retro nostalgic feeling.

I'm usually skeptical about knock off style controllers but this one has been literally the best one I've ever used. the battery life has been above the 30 hour mark. like actually I've only charged it once and im 40+ hours into Paper Mario. I don't need 2 but i want to buy another before i cant.
