Is this bag authentically licensed by Sanrio?? I received mine today, but it didn't come wrapped or with any Sanrio tags. Not even on the inside.. seems odd that no tags with the Sanrio name are on it. Also it was put in a shipping bag on its own. If that bag would have ripped during shipping, my tote bag would have been damaged or dirty because it wasn't packaged properly.
