I was disappointed with the quality of these stools. Upon arrival, both stools had noticeable cosmetic damage. One stool had several nicks and scratches on the back, while the other had a persistent white mark that I was unable to remove despite several attempts. I contacted customer service regarding the damage. While they advised me to dispose of the stools and assured me a refund would be processed, which now they are refusing to do so. As I no longer have the stools, resolving this issue is proving difficult. Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully considering other options before purchasing these stools.i would not recommend buying this stool. Dealing with this seller is a big problem as they are not at all helpful nor is the customer service.

These stools are very nice looking and well made. I was surprised on how comfortable they are. I was worried they would not be wide or deep enough, but they are definitely roomy. I've gone through three previous sets of stools which were not near the comfort as these are. Easily assembled and smoothly adjusts to different heights. Very satisfied.

These stools are perfect! My husband put them together in 10 minutes per chair with no problem.I put two at my bistro table in my living room and adjusted them to fit at 25 inches, and the other two went at my pass through counter between my dining room and kitchen adjusted to 30 inches.If we have guests, I can move them to the bistro table for extra seating.They are beautiful,very sturdy, very comfortable and functional.I'm impressed with the quality. The back rests and seats are very comfortable.

We have received several compliments on the aesthetics of these chairs. The only downside is the chair backs have dented from being turned into our counter top.I also have one chair that after being used once at a family gathering, started having a tear on the seat. It’s only about a half inch long, but still, a rip after being sat in for a half hour. I taped it with some gorilla tape, but it’s aggravating to have the backs dent and one seat rip.They are very comfy though and were packaged nicely/well. They weren’t hard to put together either.
