1 of them works, the other must not put out enough voltage for the walkie, shuts off whenever you press the PTT button no matter they charge.

This came as a set of two batteries. Tried to put them into a set of Motorola MH230R. One battery was very tight when going in, the second was too big to fit into the radio. When pressing it in, the charging contact at the end of the battery separated from the battery. Going to a different brand.

I purchased a set of batteries that were very old and the plastic coating was cracked. I requested a replacement. To their credit, they responded quickly and sent replacements. But those were larger than normal. They would not fit my device. I asked for a second replacement.After five days of no reply, I asked for status. They said they had already sent replacements. But they were talking about the 1st replacements. They did not send the 2nd set. They weren't even aware of my pending issue. Then, they gave me a refund. I needed these batteries for a vacation trip. The last person I spoke to didn't even try to help me. Bad product. Bad service... depending on who responds to your request.
