JUYA MULTI-COLOR QUILLING PAPER STRIPS SET is offered in multiple different configuration, with each containing different number of colors. The exact number of colors ranges from 30 to 60, and is dependent on the configuration you purchase.
This product groups similar colors into same packages, therefore, when creating a quilling project, it will be more convenient to compare similar colors and easier to choose the most appropriate one to use.

Classic Flat Quilling
Classic flat quilling is the most popular type of quilling, centered around gluing paper coils or strips perpendicular to a flat paper.
Despite the name "flat", due to the natural of paper quilling, classic flat quilling projects still have some thickness, and therefore suitable for displaying in a three-dimensional photo frame.
Quilling Cards
You can make beautiful quilling greeting cards yourself and put them an envelopes as very special gifts for your partner, children, family, and friends.
3D Quilling
You can make lifelike three-dimensional quilling works. It can be placed at home in a cabinet, on a bedside, or on a desk to add some favors.

Each set has 4 different width options. Different widths are best suited for different kind of projects.

BACK CARD
Each package contains a back card to protect the strips.
At the top of the back card, there are some basic quilling types that can help you learn the fundamental coils of quilling.
In the middle, there is a color swatch of all the 60 colors for assisting in finding the color you desire.
At the bottom, there are brief instructions to help you get started with quilling.

UPDATE 2: The new package is excellent! I will buy this product again and again.UPDATE: JUYA refunded me. Very satisfied with their quick answer. I ordered again. Hopefully it will be a good one.(Below is the original problem, before I contacted them)This is the first time I bought only the paper strips. When I bought the Juya kit - the one with the husking board - I loved everything about it! including the paper strips, even width, excellent quality for my inexperienced eyes/hands. Really good. I had used already several colors of the 5 mm width without a problem.When I got out of the greens, I ordered the 5 mm width package, with 42 colors, each color with 20 strips.Started using them until I realized some of the whole group of some colors had an uneven width.For example, yellows and purples were about 4.5 mm, while the peach was a tiny more than 5 mm.The diferences in height when I put them against my original kit strips had a weird effect on a flat composition.(see UPDATE and UPDATE 2 above)

I ordered this paper thinking it was the same quality and thickness as the paper I ordered previously. It's not, and at first I was so disappointed. I have an intense project I'm working on, and have found this paper works well. I like the length also! I don't recommend it for outlining, but the quality and thickness is excellent for everything else. I will purchase again. The only downside with all Juya paper is there is no option to purchase single colors. I hope the company will offer this option soon since so many want and need it.

I love this seller. The paper is good quality and is shipped very carefully to prevent damaged papers. The colors are beautiful and make my projects stand out. I have not had any problems ordering paper months apart and worry about the colors matching. I would consider myself experienced with the most detailed projects. You might buy some books on Amazon for ideas on projects. My favorites are the mandelas and the book Paper Quilling Chinese Style. The paper and designs in the books help you make work of art worth framing and great gifts for a minimal cost. You will find yourself buying a large stock of paper from this seller. If there were a negative comment to be made - I wish the papers came with storage options to choose from. Good luck with your projects weather you are age five or one hundred! Very soothing and a way to express yourself!

the colors are beautiful, and there is a substantial amount of each shade. i also ordered the tool to quill with, and it has not arrived yet. it has been over a month. so, i don't really know how the papers perform. but they are lovely to look at!

I swear, Juya makes the absolute best quilling papers around. I love that the strips are sturdy and strong, but also flexible enough for even the smallest scrolls.
