Everything about the chair is perfect, it was very easy to assemble, very comfortable except for what’s holding the foot rest part, it’s made of plastics and barely holds it well that plastic part didnt last me more than two days and it’s already snapped

I've had this chair now for about 6 months, and have read all the reviews about how loose the arms of the chair can get. I do agree with them now, with normal use for a couple of hours a night, the arms of my chair became incredibly loose, which nothing that just tightening the screws every so often didn't seem to fix. However, a piece along the side of the seat of the chair that connects the lower half of the arm to the chair must have been weak, as it's completely broken off. Nothing I can do for even a temporary fix either. I had to tear the cover of the seat to get a better peak. I suppose this is a potential heads up for those like me who may have heavy resting elbows.It was simple enough to put together, instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. The chair itself is comfortable with plenty of ways to adjust as needed, the pillows it comes with are capable of being removed or set higher/lower as your body needs.TL;DR: I'm knocking off two stars for internal structure durability and product lifespan.

This chair is super comfortable, easy to assemble, and has great back support. The massage mode is nice too! The person using this chair is 6’5” and about 300lbs and it’s held up beautifully, super sturdy, and fits him well.

This chair was horrible from the beginning. I requested for a refund and they did approve it. However it was already put together and in order to return it we would have had to take it back a part and try to fit it in a box so we decided to just deal with it. I purchased this chair for my son last Christmas and it’s already fallen apart. The arm rest is no longer in place. It consistently wiggles from side to side like there is a screw missing. The threading from the straps are peeling and the chair just feels like a hard (brick hard) cheaply made product. I’m still very disappointed in the amount of money I spent for such a horrible chair. The chair before this was cheaper and had better quality. We actually still have that chair and it’s still in way better condition than this one.

I was going to wait to write this till I put the chair together but this need to be known now.. I ordered on the 20th it said it will be here on Saturday which was cool with me that chair is in my living room right now!!! This is the best delivery I have received from any 3rd party anything on Amazon.. I’ll be back to let y’all know how the setup was and how comfortable the chair is..Update: the chair was actually very easy to put together did it in less then a hour. My 9yo loves it. It’s the perfect size to grow with him. And it’s very comfortable, nice, sturdy, and good material..

Great chair so far, easy to setup and the foot rest and recline aren’t practical for gaming but that being said my old @$$ could fall asleep faster that than a drunk at 3am in the chair.A mounting hole for the arm of the chair was sticking out of the box when I got it. Slightly damaged but the threads were still good and it’s covered by the arm once it put together anyway.
