Received the bike on time during the holiday season. Setup took a little while, with the front wheel being the hardest part since I had to loosen and then retighten the brakes. Overall, it was pretty easy. The bike is great quality, and my 10-year-old daughter loves it!

The brake handles are huge I'm a 6'2" man with large hands and they would be ok for me, however for my seven year old they can't even reach it. I left a message for customer support about a week ago and have got no response. Also the Shimano shifter is difficult for them to twist. Bike does look cool but if you want to actually use it it all needs to be rebuilt.

Having never heard of this brand, I was curious about the construction and finish of this bike. I was pleasantly surprised by how well put together it was, and my personal opinion is that the overall quality is quite good. The drivetrain is lower end Shimano, which is a plus as even their budget drive trains are reliable and easy to shift. The front and rear V brakes provide a good amount of stopping power with very little effort. Overall, I like this bike a lot, but there are a couple things that I’m not so fond of.First is the weight. The frame and entry level components all contribute to a very heavy bicycle for its size. Most kids probably won’t care or even notice, but I've been riding my whole life so bike weight is one of those things I always pay attention to.The other issue is the price. in my opinion, this is a value quality bicycle, so I'm not expecting perfect welds or top quality components, but I can easily find comparable features on bikes costing somewhat less, even in a retail department stores.Otherwise I think this is a perfectly good and serviceable kids' bike that with the proper care should last for years. I just thing it would be a better value if it was a bit less expensive.

I’m impressed with this bike - very well made and a far better option than what you might find in the big box retail stores. And you can’t beat the price!
