I like these boots a lot. Maybe because I selected black instead of brown, but these are more like dress boots to me rather than cowboy boots, but that’s fine with me. I just wanted something different and more stylish to wear with jeans sometimes, instead of just sneakers all the time. And aside from how sharp they look, I’m pleased to report that they are quite comfortable (even after wearing them for a few hours) and they get on and off easily (the stretchy material sown on the side of each boot helps with this, I’m sure). Finally, the man-made material is fine; they don’t look or feel like plastic or any other kind of fake material. I predict that these attractive and well-made boots will serve me well for a long time to come.

I got these boots for a casual slip on option that doesn’t break the bank. I’m ok with fake leather for a daily casual shoe if they’re comfortable and go with everything. I’ve pulled these off with dress, casual, cargo pants, etc. I wear a 9.5 and always go a half size down if possible with slip ons, as I wear thinner, athletic socks. They look nice but up close, and the feel is definitely faux leather. The brown variation almost looks like a mix of faux leather and faux wood stickers for cabinets or backsplash. Not a big deal but just worth noting. Overall, they’re a decent casual shoe that’s versatile and the fit is true to size, but the price point is a little high considering the obvious faux appearance. Still good to very good, considering the price point and versatility.

The boots don't really have a cowboy design but still a good design. They claim to be a Square Toe Ankle - I am not sure what that means but practically my pinky toe is squeezed in this shoe. It is also not an easy slip in like with other boots of this type I had before. Perhaps that chances over time. They are made out of synthetic material, but still have the silhouette of the genuine leather sign on the sole. The sole has a good grip - the heel is high. The craftsmanship seams to be good, the seams are even. Overall a good looking shoe.

Awesome style. Very comfortable. Good value. These would work very well in a rainstorm. They may be a bit slippy in snow as the tread isn't super wearable, but in rain it should be fine. This size was a bit big for me but it'll work for my daughter (it is true to size, I just thought I needed a bigger size)

I got these boots as a present for a friend of mine. But now I’m jealous as these are really nice half-height cowboy boots that have a very comfortable inner sole. In looking over these boots I could not find any flaws in the construction of these. They look better in person than the pictures show. The elastic sides means that these are easy to put on and take off, and that these are flexible when you crouch down. I realize that these are not leather, but from the look of these you could not tell. These look like leather, but they are not priced like leather. These are a good affordable alternative to expensive leather boots that are comfortable enough to wear all day.

These boots made me question if ankle-height cowboy boots were even a real thing. After trying them, I get it now. They look just as good in person as they did in the ad and they're very well made.Unlike traditional cowboy boots, these are really easy to slip on and off. The comfort level surprised me - no break-in period needed. They have good cushioning and support for all-day wear.The craftsmanship shows in the quality stitching and overall construction. I wasn't sure what to expect from this style, but they've completely won me over.

I've had these Jousen Cowboy boots for men for about 2 weeks now and I like them. They fit great and have a nice modern Cowboy boot design that goes well with suits, slacks, and jeans. It's a rare occasion that a shoe can be worn with a suit and also wear it with a pair of jeans and on both occasions it looks good, but this shoe can do so. The insoles are removable and washable. The outer soles have a good thickness to them and they have a phenomenal grip that gave me an excellent grip when using them while walking on indoor hard floors (tile, wood, stone, and concrete), carpeted floors, and on outdoor surfaces (gravel, concrete, wood patio, etc.). They are comfortable and have some extra stitching around the front area to reinforce such area and make it more durable. I don't personally like the horizontal line on the back of the heel area on the outside of the boot, but it's relatively insignificant to me. While I like these boots, I really wish the manufacturer made a leather version. These are very well made and comfortable, but because they are synthetic I know they will eventually go bad after some years. Nonetheless, I will get some good use out of them during such years. For the price these are currently selling for (about $50 dollars) such is a good deal for a good quality, well made, modern style of Cowboy boots that are comfortable and have excellent grip.
