I have added a few of these to my solar GTIL setup, and it seems to work. Comes with everything you need...even if I'd like to say you definitely need the crimp connector so that you feel like the wiring is secure. I have used ferrule endings, but every time I tighten the screws, the plastic casing of the breaker warps and looks like it wants to split open, so I'm worried I am going to strip the thread. But, so far, that has not happened. I can't say good these are as they haven't had to spring into action (pun intended) but I feel secure enough to work on the setup once I turn them off. At that price, getting two and all the accessories is good enough for me (until I'll upgrade them to smart breakers).

I do not have a way to test the 63A tripping threshold, but they work very well as a disconnect switch. The ON or OFF state is clearly visible not just in a tiny window, but in large labels on the switches themselves. The screw terminals work without the screwdriver slipping. Another reviewer commented about the wires slipping out. I do not see how this is possible. In my testing with bare stranded wire (which should have a ferrule installed when actually in use), the teeth on the screw down terminals held the wire tight. If oriented correctly, the included crimp on connectors hook the back of the terminal making it impossible to slip unless someone unscrews the terminal several turns. Overall I am happy with them and would recommend them for a solar panel disconnect.

Used these to protect my solar panels. No complaints. Essential to protect the DC circuit en came with mounting material as a bonus. Recommended!

I used these in an outdoor miniature junction box under my solar panels. The only thing that I don't really like is that ON is red and OFF is green. I'm not sure why they chose to confuse people like that. Other than that, the screw-clamps hang on to the wire tightly and they don't pop for no reason. I will update this review if I find they are unreliable or fail to work. For now, 5 stars, thanks!

This review is for two, 63 Amp, 1000 volt DC breakersI picked these up for my DIY solar project. On the top of the breakers is “IEC 60898-2”. It is an international standard for AC and DC circuit-breakers. It is always nice to see manufacturers making safety a priority.The breakers feel solid. Manually switching the breakers feels crisp. The switch is labeled “on” and “off” in red and green respectively.My kit included cable DIN rails, self tapping screws, heat shrink tubing and insulated connectors to crimp on the conductors.I’m happy with these and would buy them again if I need more.

I have an off-grid solar system that I use with EcoFlow Delta Pro battery units. I recently added a 3rd array of three 310w solar panels so I needed to also add a 3rd circuit breaker. This kit was a great value since it includes two circuit breakers, the rails, screws and crimp terminals.Installation into my existing circuit breaker box was simple. I had no issues with the 10 AWG cables I was using or mounting the circuit breaker to my box. I especially like the "ON" and "OFF" indicators.I tested it out and can confirm that it works by seeing my solar charge rate change accordingly as I switched the breaker to the OFF and ON positions. Use of DC circuit breakers are highly recommended should you need to do some maintenance on your DIY solar system.
