I have used this cart almost daily. It’s great for unloading items from my car into my house. I use it at the farmers market or when I’m out thrifting. Easy to store and is space saving to put in the car.

Being a bit unsteady and having recently slipped and fell, I decided I needed to make my walk-abouts a bit safer. While originally looking for a basic cart for small shopping trips, they weren’t really filling what was needed. Then I found the Joovy. Thrilled I did! Not only did it meet my needs, the maneuverability is impressive.

This bag, which zippers opened and closed, will help to keep cold food cooler longer or heated food warmer longer.I wish it had a magnetic closure instead of a zippered closure, which would make opening and closing it faster/easier and remove the fear the zipper will eventually fail.It's a good quality insulated bag and I am glad Joovy made it available.

I've been using this bag for a little over one month now and am happy with my purchase, even though the price did give me pause at first.My shopping trips involve a 15 to 20 minute walk home from the store. Before I got this bag, I used a separate insulated bag (the Schkleier large insulated reusable grocery shopping tote, also sold on Amazon), and that worked but sometimes I bought more than the bag would fit or had problems arranging it in my cart along with other items that didn't need cold storage. That is the epitome of a first-world problem, but having the entire cart basket be insulated helps me get out of the store faster, something I'm sure the people in line behind me appreciate.As for temperature, the bag does a good job of keeping items cold, even on trips where it takes me half an hour to get home from the store -- here we're talking about frozen veg and fruit, fresh fish, beer, that sort of thing. Even with the top open as I go around the store, items stay fairly cold inside, though obviously you want the lid closed for maximum effect.The bag feels solid and well made, and the zipper runs smoothly. Past experience with bags of lesser quality makes me worry about the lining a little, but if buy items with hard plastic edges (like the sort of packaging often used for cheese or deli meat), I wrap them in spare produce bags. That's probably unnecessary, but it makes me feel better.It's a small thing, but I'm very happy that Joovy thought to include deep mesh pockets on the side. They have some give but are stitched well and hold my dozens of produce bags perfectly.The divider isn't something I use much, though it came in handy once for helping to protect some tender greens and soft fruit from heavy bags of frozen vegetables. Mostly I use the divider to reinforce the bottom, although the bag doesn't feel like it needs much help in that department.When I first ordered this, I got a bag with some weak stitching in one corner and a divider with a 1.5 inch tear on one end. The flaws were small enough that I debated keeping it, but for this money, I decided that I wanted a perfect item or nothing. My exchange for a new one went smoothly: the new bag arrived quickly and had no issues.Note that if you need product support the links from Amazon aren't working right now. That is, when you click "Get Product Support" then "Visit support website," you get taken to the Joovy site and see a page saying, "This page doesn't seem to exist." Luckily, the Joovy website is easy enough to navigate that you can probably find what you need quickly, but I'm hoping they get around to updating the link soon.I can't honestly say that this bag was a must have for me. I could've just bought another insulated tote bag for a lot cheaper and been confident in having my food stay cold on the way home. But that would have been just one more thing to forget, and it would not have been anywhere near as convenient as having the Joovy insulated bag. Not a "must have" but certainly a "makes life way easier," and I am all about making my life easier right now.
