I replaced these on my John Deere 955 tractor motor mount. They are notorious for breaking the flanges off due to fatigue from engine vibration. As far as I know, no third party or original manufacturer of this part has offered a "fix" with thicker flange material, so your best solution is to order this and hope it lasts at least as long as the original, which is really not that bad. Truthfully, by the time the flanges are beyond the service limit, the rubber is worn out anyway, so just dive in and do it.
