I really wanted to like this item due to the price, but it just didn't work out. I thought from the description it attaches to the side of the cage. Absolutely not, the "bracket" is made of something about as flimsy as foil. Spend a little more to get a better quality.

My 3 cockatiels don't use these very often but this one they seem to like. It helps with digestion and helps with their beaks. Great necessity for all birds!

I hope you have a different way to hang this in your cage because the metal wrap that is on these particular ones are thin and brittle. They break easily, making them useless.

My birds love these to groom their beaks and get supplemental calcium. I have one in the cage at all times for them, and they use nearly the whole thing! I don't use the flimsy metal hangers they come with because I worry about lead, zinc, and other heavy metals - I remove those and place the bones in a plastic holder. These bones are always clean, with no fishy smells or odor, and never grey or tan greasy discoloration or artificial coloring or flavors added. The size is always constant as well. Great product, I will continue to order these over the sad ones at my local chain pet store!

My parakeet LOVES THESE. Most other just disintegrate in no time. these last and my girl chips away in these for a long time, even if they are broken they are big enough to use a half at a time, I even break mine apart.

The cuttle bone is fine, parakeets like it, but other reviewers are right, the clips are crap. Like thick aluminum foil. I just threw the clip away and used one that I had saved from other used up cuttle bones.

I think the cuddle bones are great! Only complaint I'd have is that the metal to keep them up breaks easily, but I have cuddle bone holders so it doesn't bug me.

I was looking for these all over amazon but the other ones I found had bad reviews about coming broken, smelly, and moldy. These arrived one day earlier than the delivery date which is always great :) they came well packed and not broken or smelly. Also the second I put them in my cage and my birds went crazy and started devouring them! Great product and I will definitely buy these again!
