Ordered a 10-pack, bagged was ripped, only received 9. Sent an email, had to go through Amazon per J&J request, but to their credit they responded right away and shipped a replacement. If you're looking to save some money (and plastic), these do fit on thinner wall white SDR plastic pipe too (not just SCH 40). Thanks!

Works great for what I needed. Though if you want your cross bars or cups to stay in place, you might want to drill holes and screw things in place? Otherwise the "Cups" just snap into place where you want them, and can be moved up or down with your fingers. I was missing a piece from my shipped package, and they (free) sent me my missing piece to complete my original order. I Greatly appreciated their quick email response about my missing piece and for completing my order and then some! Thank you very much!

They are very light weight but still sturdy and make adding jump cups to homemade jumps so easy. They snap on tightly and can be slid To different heights pretty easily, though for my dogs in different heights I have two on each jump standard so they just stay put for now.

I used this product to make jumps for my dog. The cups indentations are too shallow. They do not hold the cross bars very well. I would not order this product again.
