They are hard plastic, not rubber at all. The size is great because they don’t interfere with any other buttons on my Line 6 HD500x (older pedalboard).I’m can’t comment how durable they are as I haven’t used them long.I do like how they magnify the light under it. A bit easier to see.

I had just purchased a Valeton GP200 multi effects unit and I was looking for something that might help with making it easy to switch between the switches. The Valeton GP200 has 2 rows of 4 switches and although the top row of switches are higher than the row in front, I just wanted something that might make it easier to switch.As the Valeton GP200 footswitches are lit up in different colors, depending on which effect has been assigned to that switch, I thought I'd get the clear plastic ones so that I can continue to see the colors of the individual switches.I received 16 in my pack and they were whole, no cracks or broken ones in the packet. I just had to push them down on to the top of the switch and then they were in place. I've only just tried them and they appear to be fine although I don't know how they will hold up over time, hence only the 4 star review.
