Precautions Before Purchase
- Please note that no phone number is provided.
- This service is for SIM-unlocked devices or SIM-free devices only. Please make sure that your device supports eSIM before use.
- Android devices that were SIM unlocked at a carrier store or via the internet before October 1, 2021, may not be compatible.
- You may not be able to use the service if your OS is not up to date. Please update your device in advance.
- This product cannot be used in countries or regions that are not supported.
- Due to network conditions, connection may not be possible in certain areas. Please note that cancellations due to area-related issues are not allowed.
- Once an eSIM is deleted, it cannot be reinstalled, regardless of whether it has been used or not. Additionally, a QR code can only be scanned on one device and cannot be reused.
- The validity period begins from the date the local network is connected, not from the time you start using the service, and lasts until 23:59 (PST) on the last day of your plan.
To start using eSIM in 4 steps
Step1
- Pick an eSIM plan base on your needs.

- Complete the eSIM activation code issuance process.

- Receive the activation code & setup guide via email within 24 hours.

- Activate your eSIM with the activation code & setup guide.
- Internet access is required for eSIM activation,so we recommend that you complete the setup before you travel.
FAQ
Q: I would like to check compatible devices.
A: The service is available only on SIM-free or SIM-unlocked, eSIM-compatible smartphones. It cannot be used on tablets or Wi-Fi routers.
Q: Can I add more data if I run out of my data allowance?
A: For eSIMs, there is no option to add additional data. Please purchase a new eSIM instead.
Q: Can I extend the duration of the plan?
A: No, the duration cannot be extended.
Q: Can I use tethering?
A: Yes, it is possible. (However, we do not determine it as it depends on the device.)
Q: How is the plan duration counted?
A: The usage period starts from the day your device connects to the local network and is valid until 23:59 (PST) on the last day of the purchased plan. The day is not counted from the exact time you first connect. For example, if you purchase a 3-day plan and connect at 19:00 (PST) on June 19th, the plan will expire at 23:59 on June 21st, not at 19:00 on June 22nd.
Q: How can I check my data usage?
A:(1) For iPhone users, go to "Settings" → "Mobile Data" and check the data usage at the bottom of the page (updated in real-time). You can reset the statistics at the bottom of this screen before starting to use the service to see cumulative data usage from that point.
(2) Alternatively, provide your 17-digit Amazon order number, and we can check the usage on our system (note that there may be some delay in updates).
Step 1: Activation Process (eSIM only)
Q: I entered my order number, but it says it doesn't exist.
A: Please ensure you enter the 17-digit order number, including hyphens. If you’ve entered it correctly but still cannot activate, there may be a delay in processing your payment. We can force the activation process on our side if necessary.
Step 2: Device Settings (eSIM/SIM)
Q: I haven’t received the email.
A: If the email hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
Q: I accidentally turned on the network before traveling. Will my usage period start?
A: The usage period for our eSIM/SIM starts when your device connects to the local network. It will not start if you turn it on before traveling, so please rest assured.
