I received a spool of isacord thread and received a spool that was clearly used. All other thread purchases I’ve made come individually shrink wrapped and clearly new. This thread came in a flimsy plastic bag with the thread unwinding off the spool. It was used and sold as new

I have 120+ spools of Isacord....this large size is quite a bargain if you use a lot of any one color.
