It’s well made, size is good for general ironing and handy in a pinch but detail ironing, I prefer an ironing board. I gave it 5 stars because it does what it’s supposed to do.

This is a pretty mat for maybe a baby butt protector but it is not a heat resistant pad to protect your surfaces when ironing. I have included comparison photos so that you can see what a surface iron pad should look like as well as the thickness difference. I will be sending this back.

This review would be 5 stars except the corners want to curve up. Otherwise very nice looking and plenty thick for our use.
