iQ.BAC Coli Water Test
Detects E.Coli & Coliform
A simple to use and accurate test that detects E Coli and coliform in your water. Pour a sample of the water into the test vials provided and check the colour change. If the water turns yellow, it is safe; if the water turns orange or purple, E.coli or other fecal coliform bacteria is present.
iQ.BAC can detect as little as 1 CFU/ml of E.coli and coliform bacteria in less than 48 hours. It is a cost-friendly option that identifies water quality issues before they become a serious health hazard. All packaging is recyclable, and the container can be used to collect water for testing.

Il faudrait mieux expliquer les temps d'incubation, car bien sûr, le kit est capable de détecter une infime part des polluants éventuels, difficile de savoir ce qui est consommable ou pas !? Fonctionne !

I have used another product for years but decided to try a new one . This test was very simple to use making it easy to test my well water. I will be testing at least 6 times a year with this test.

Easy to use and cost effective way to test your water. I used to test my well water and RO system water. I hope it was accurate as it showed no problems. Would buy again.

The reason for 4 stars on accuracy is that I haven’t verified the zero reading with an independent lab. Past readings of my well water with the lab have been zero also.

We used this for my son’s science experiment. It was easy to use and interpret the results. I do wish there was a little more information that might tell you if there is more fecal bacteria the faster it turns purple, but otherwise very happy with the results.
