My daughter bought this for me and I was surprised how beautiful it is. I usually just have standard tack store lunge whips that eventually wear out and snap. This seems extra sturdy though and too nice to leave lying out in the weather. It’s definitely more of a training stick with much more heft to it. I tend to like to use sound to desensitize but I doubt I can pop this whip.

It works well at the barn for training horses. Very sturdy and durable and I like how long the string part is.

Seems like a sturdy whip. My only issue is the end is a flap of a leathery material like on the end of a crop whip. Not sure how it’s going to hold up.

I want to say thank you to the company, First off they have the best products..They may not be prime but worth the wait for shipping. They are the best horse training handy sticks!I ordered an orange one and when it showed up the connection was untethering already. I contacted them immediately and sent them pictures of how it was shipped and what happened, and the company fixed the issue and sent me a new one right away.These handy sticks help me train wild mustangs.

I have had this stick in my tack room for years. I've used both CA's handy stick and this one. I can honestly say that I like this one better. It's much more durable than the CA handy sticks that I've seen and handled, it's lightweight, and it's exactly the same size as CA's handy stick. For the price, durability and longevity, you can't go wrong. I am about to get a second one so I don't have to keep swapping my string out for plastic bags. I'll just have one of each!

The stick is exactly what I was looking for! Great color too - I love the blue. I only wanted the stick - haven't used a whip with lash for years... I don't need it for round pen work, and the stick itself is perfect for teaching ground manners, trailering, (tap tap tap tap...) and so on.I don't know what I'll do with the lash, which is very good quality... Maybe use it as a jump rope?I may get a second one as a spare. I'm not sure HOW I manage to lose them!

I haven’t tried this product The whip itself and line are both longer than I expected. That might be a great feature but I will try it and write back. It is made sturdy just different then my last lounge whip. It is thicker at the handle then the top end. My last lounge whip was misplaced and I decided to buy this. The old whip was no longer available. My only concern as I mentioned above ... it’s long and I might be clumsy with it. Love the metallic blue and the shipping package.
