I had to make this repair on my c350 several years ago and the dealer quoted me over $3000 because their repaur was to replace the entire intake manifold. This repair will take a while since you have to pull the intake due to lack of clearance, but once its done, it should last many years. My original fix was just the swivel bracket and this one comes with the arms. I would highly recommend.

This was a life saver, if it was not for this replacement part, I would have had to purchase an entire air intake manifold, that was hundreds of dollars. But this Part was the only portion of the intake that was broken, since the OEM is plastic, This design is made well and I'm sure it will not give me any issues in the future, since its only Job is to open and close flaps, and with it being metal and not plastic, it wont snap. Great Buy for the DIYer

Hump of an aluminum intake manifold for my Mercedes ML 350. 2009, quality product, I recommend, In my case, the intake manifold is preserved, no, the entire manifold needs to be replaced, only the plastic butterfly part, they have a disease that breaks quickly, my car has less than 124,000 kilometers, that's why there is no need to replace the entire manifold, but there are cases when the screw is opened, it can break, preferably Oil books, if it breaks there is a problem, it is advisable to replace the entire manifold, If you have tools for work, you can do disassembly and assembly at home or in the garage, it's not a problem at algood luck to everyone
