Grabbed these to install in the rear axle of the ascent18 Scout and they made a world of difference when it comes to climbing steep inclines, slows the rear end down just enough that it doesn’t want to do a wheelie when climbing, they went in easily and came with extra o-rings and shims.

The small gear in the overdrive set does not fit brass portal knuckles / boxes - including Injora's. Aside from that, they work well.

I installed these on my Ascent 18 with the Injora brass portal covers. As others have stated in reviews for those portal covers, some Dremel work is required to the housing for the small gear to eliminate it rubbing. Quick fix if you have a Dremel handy. A little disappointing that Injora doesn't make two of their products that are quite literally made for one another not work without some modifications. As far as the gears are concerned, they work great, and made well.

Nice quality gears.. But to make injora gears work with injora brass portals you need to dremal the casing a bit.. Not hard to do but should have been caught by injora as they should work together.......?

Super bummed that injora makes these and they aren't compatible with their other products. Completely useless because the smaller pinion rubs on the housing which makes it bind up.*Update: seller messaged me and said the gears don't fit the brass portal covers and offered a refund for the gears that don't fit. Updated my review to 4 stars for the awesome customer service!

Great value, I did have to modify the Injora brass portal housings on the front axle to make these work, not a big deal (about 10 seconds with a dremel). The gears fit perfect in the stock plastic housings.
