I thought that this was a good organizer for my everyday items. The quality of the paper is nice and heavy duty. Although the folders can't hold too much documents. Easy to set up and the overall design is nice. It gets the job done.

This is a bit more oversized compared to the US standard, but that makes sense considering it is designed to hold documents.Each pouch has a string tie to close it up. There is also a space on each one to affix one of the included labels. XSG included a number that are prefilled for the most popular categories, along with some alternatives you can write yourself. The first page also has a table of contents you can fill in.The whole folio is slim, and of a canvas-y material that's easy to identify by texture. The binding is well done enough I'm not concerned about it degradation for use. I feel that's important because while I won't get into it often, I'm content it'll stand the test of repeated use and still keep your documents safe.

Great for organizing important documents for my elderly parents! Comes with a lot of options for personalization as well as pre-labeled stickers for ideas on what you can store in this folder. I like I can just grab this prior to a medical appointment and know everything I need is in here. Nice quality with hardcovers and sturdy envelopes that have tie around closures to secure your papers/ IDs. Storage capacity is great for my needs, and great value item overall!

I got on to write this review, expecting to give it a 5-star review, and then I noticed the price! It is listed at about $26 right now, and that just seems excessive to me! In fact, based on the price I would likely rate it even lower, except for the fact my daughter loved it so much.My daughter is an artist and just has creative energy abounding! She spotted this and asked if she could have it. Of course, she made it into an amazing creation, and no what anyone else is likely to use this for. It was extremely fun to see how she used it.For the average person, I do think this is quite nice. The pockets are great, the materials seem sturdy, and it is well constructed. I would probably be quite content to buy it for between $10-15. If the price falls to that again, I wouldn't hesitate to give it five stars, and enjoy using it for organizing.

This appears to be a sturdy binder; however, I’m not sure it would make good storage for important documents, as advertised. My main reasons for questioning this are the “important documents” are stored stuffed into paper envelopes which are highly susceptible to moisture issues and the binding edge is thin and static, making the folio bulge when the envelopes are filled. That said, if you have a limited number of documents to store all in one place, this may offer a grab-and-go solution.The folio consists of a folder on the inside of the front cover, an index page, and three each of three different types of envelope pages (seen in my photos). Pre-printed and blank color-coded sticker labels are included to add to the fronts of the envelopes. There is an elastic band that wraps from the back to front covers to keep the bulging folio closed.This organizer is cute, but in my case, not up to the task of storing my many important documents. Personally, I see myself using this folio as a fun way to store brochures, itineraries, tickets, and other ephemera collected on various travels, assigning each pocket to a particular trip.

I like how easy it is to organize my documents, bills, receipts, etc with this binder, but for the price point I have seen ones that are a little better. The strings tying the envelopes closed are fraying, and look like they'll unravel at some point. The envelope quality is good, but others at this price are waxed or a little more water resistant. The binder cover is thick and durable, but the spine could be thicker to make more room for you to put documents into the binder
