SUS304 を使用した高品質のステンレスボウル鉢の底面にSUS304とうっすら刻印があります。SUS304は、耐食性、加工性、溶接性など多くの優れた特性を有しています。あえて、刻印を付けるぐらいなので、組成は間違いないと思います。なお、ネオジム磁石を近づけたところわずかに磁性を確認しましたが、これは冷間加工による金属組織変態であると思います。表面はきれいなヘアライン加工がされています。これにより鏡面よりは高級感が増したイメージ。構造も2重構造となっており、ステンレスの熱伝導率の低さと相まって、熱い汁ものをいれても持ち手は熱くなりませんでした。直径は約22㎝・深さはおおよそ7㎝程。通常のインスタントラーメンの水量を入れると約半分程度の高さでした。よって、いろいろなトッピングを入れたとしても、十分な容積かと。用途としては、サラダ・冷麵等、低温をキープしたい食品にはステンレスのイメージとマッチします。暖かい和風のうどんなどは若干違和感がありました。（個人の感想です。）ミキシングボウルとしても活躍してくれそうです。注意点としては、電子レンジでの使用直火での加熱（2重構造の為）アルカリ性の洗剤は使用不可（マジックリン等）食洗器での洗浄（洗剤がアルカリ性であること・高温で乾燥するとカルシウムが付着）等です。参考までに

The bowls are as pictured. They seemed smaller than I expected (I wish it was a deeper bowl), maybe the double wall design gives it that feel. I use them as soup bowls and are big enough for an adult portion, but I like to heap on the toppings and thus would prefer a deeper bowl rather than a wider bowl. I still gave it 5 stars because they do what the bowl is intended to do.

少し大きめのラーメン鉢かな。見た目もスタイリッシュでカッコいいです。ラーメン以外でもサラダボールの代わりにもなりますね。おすすめです！！

I used these bowls for menudo it was hot just off the burner and put the menudo in the bowl and it was not even warm to the touch very happy with the product I would buy again but a little pricey

We love these bowls. Very strong stainless made and sturdy. Its big and deep and holds a lot of food. even burning hot foods does not make the bowl hot. We are able to hold the bowls without any problems even with hot foods in it. Its very versatle and can be used for all kinds of mixing ingredients and making cookie or bread dough and washing fruits. From soups to cereals and any kind of meal, these bowls serve extremely well

熱くてもてない！とはおさらば出来ます。とは言え100%遮断するわけではなく、温みは感じます。もちろん金属製品なので、お箸は木製が良いです。まぁ、麺類を啜る食器としての外観はやや考えものなところはありますが、そこはご愛嬌かなと。

I like the look and quality of these 2 stainless steel bowls. So functional, I use them for salad, soup, pasta, and more. The perfect size for one serving of whatever you’re eating. They are sturdy, dishwasher safe, and non-breakable. These versatile bowls can also be used as serving dishes.

These stainless steel bowls are quite smooth and finished looking.The insulation is quite good for helping to maintain temperatures at the base, but the wide base gives more exposure from the top. Still, it will offer added temperature control.I love the size of these bowls. They can easily hold salad for 2-3 or your largest serving of ramen noodles, rice bowl, stew, chili, etc. I intend to use it as a mixing bowl as well.Pictured, is a whole can of chicken noodle soup WITH the added water. I found no flaws or rough spots. Clean up was super easy and looked new again. There's truly nothing not to love these bowls! Highly recommend!!
