These were a perfect birthday gift for my 4 year old! She loves to paint. FYI the box came with a big sticker on it, in case you were considering for a gift, be aware. There are three sets of paints in the kit…which was very nice because she’s four…so sometimes the paint gets mixed together. We only did two stones the first time, so next time we can start with a fresh set of paints. Four brushes as well - two small, two larger. The stones themselves are mini, but the perfect size for her. They’re definitely breakable, so I had to put it in front of her and tell her not to move it. But she had a GREAT time painting them, and couldn’t wait to put them outside (it’s gonna be a while, winter in NY lol). This was definitely a hit; I get the feeling she’ll ask to paint the rest tomorrow. Might use two of them as Mother’s Day gifts for grandmas!

The perfect gift for twins! I always get them the exact same gift to prevent any disappointment - these paint your own stepping stones sets were perfect because I got each twin their own set and although I got them the exact same thing - they were able to make their set their very own - no disappointment yet, getting to have something different and be an individual by their very own hand! The twins loved the paints, brushes, and palette, too, getting to paint something to be used and displayed instead of a picture, and getting to work with different mediums. The sets were a great value, the items are high quality, and the stones are super strong.

My kids loved painting the 5 Pack Unicorn garden stones, the set includes 3 sets of paints strips;1 mixing color pads and 4 paintbrushes . The colors were vibrant and easy to wash off. My kids had a blast painting the stones. Highly recommend!

I got this to give the grandkids something to do while they were spending a weekend at the house, and they absolutely loved it! It was one of those activities that involved minimal intervention and supervision. We decided it would be easiest to have them paint outside for an easier cleanup. The paint is easily washable as they got it on their hands, clothes, and somehow the walls in the house. Because of that, I'm not sure how well the paint will hold up on the stones once it rains. However, there is enough paint to allow them to repaint the rocks should the rain rinse them off.

My only issue was struggling to get the plastic wrap off the stones. They are plaster and I managed to leave nail marks from me scrapping and scratching and eventually a mark from using scissors. But the brushes and paint was good, not dried out! Great activity that lasted about 45 minutes!

I actually bought this Paint Your Own Stepping Stones 5 Pack Unicorn Painting Crafts Kit for Girls for a child on the younger side of the recommendation, but I think this is a great creativity and craft option for either a mid aged child to do on their own (7 and up) or a younger child to do with a parent as a fun together craft. The packaging is adorable with Rite colors and unicorns on the front so kids will be drawn in immediately. This pack has all the supplies needed to paint the five included stones. These stones. Are good quality, and none of them came chipped, broken, or cracked at all. Each one was individually wrapped.With this type of craft, I do not like to save the leftover paint so I throw out the paints, used brushes, and trays to make cleanup the easiest ever, but if you did want to save the supplies, they are not difficult to rinse out and all the lids on the paint snap back securely.There is a 20% discount on this product and with that included, I do feel that it is a good value for the money considering the exceptional quality of this product. These stones will be perfect for kids too safely leave in their garden or their neighbors garden. They are not jagged and do not crumble easily. Very cute gift
