When I bought this kit, I never thought I would be using it on myself. Per type of injury this is for working on one person. I had to use the splint on myself and decide which arm was the worst of both before I went into shock. The antiseptic wipes didn't hurt as bad as alcohol would have (which is fantastic for treating yourself). My only critical review is that, if one thing is broken, two things might be broken. I recommend adding an extra splint into the pack, and an extra tourniquet. I have to refill my kit now but I'm sure glad I had it! The medkit my company uses was nothing but a pack of bandaids.I also recommend (which I did when I bought it) adding some items:Bleed-Stop (you can get a pack of four)And extra tourniquetsThanks for giving me what I needed to make it to safety before the shock set in! If the kit didn't save my life, I know for a fact it saved me immense anguish prior to getting to the hospital.

The kit came exactly as pictured. It is nice and sturdy. It fits well with the molle setup. I, luckily, have not had to use it yet, but I am glad to have it.
