I didn't know a modern LED light could be this dim. I am surprised at how poorly this light illuminates anything smaller than a shoe closet.It installed easily and the colors are as expected, but this light is a major poor performer.

I looked all over trying to find a replacement to the bulb for my bathrooms and could not find one in any of the local stores. I found this one and it works perfect plus it’s LED and not fluorescent as my last ones had been.Be sure to read the description and look at the photo to what this bulb replaces. It’s a 4 pin two pins on each side not a two pin with one pin on each side. As long as it is the correct replacement it works with no issues

This is a big and bulky LED corncob-style light bulb with a G24q 4-pin base. It has a switch to choose between multiple different light hues. The bulky hexagonal shape made it a bit difficult to fit into my kitchen's recessed sockets.I'm unable to comment on the quality of the light, since I think my kitchen's sockets have a ballast. I have no idea how to remove a ballast, and am not interested in hiring an electrician to do this. The product listing does mention clearly that ballast needs to be removed in order for this bulb to function. This is an unfortunate convenience -- I've found many other bulbs that work fine without having to remove ballast.

This light bulb is great for bathrooms, especially over the bath and showers. It’s not too bright, doesn’t burn your eyes. We prefer this yellow over the white light. Decently priced.
