Easier to carry around than the klein or milwaukee fish tapes. The wire is slightly thinner, but is made of high quality spring steel.Using this I am able to fish walls that are filled with insulation and plumbing. It is easier to control than the thicker 1/8" wire from other brands.Reeling it in does take extra time though.Highly recommended if you're carrying one of these daily, or just want to save space.

Great fish tape, have used them at work for the last 8 years, they are very good. The laser etched ones are awesome for determining exact wire length needed!

I bought this to replace one that I borrowed from a friend and then broke. The first one broke when I tried to reel in the tape and it got jammed. I couldn't unjam it for the life in me. I carefully opened up the case and continued to try to unjam the tape. No dice. Finally, I decided I would try to carefully unwind the whole tape while I had the case open. I made one mistake and the whole thing ended up in a pile of twisted metal. I threw the whole thing in the trash and ordered a replacement... The replacement got the job done anyway.

Good product does the job... the end will get hung up in the rafters occasionally, but that is to be expected.
