The tutu is so unbelievably soft, it has a nice built-in diaper cover, and adjustableRibbon on front does not tighten the waist, it is decorative. The waist already is elastic so I didn’t feel that lacking

This out fit is adorable and worked great for our daughter’s first birthday. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars I stead of 4 is that the material of the onsie could be better. Despite washing and using fabric softener, it was starchy feeling, lost it’s shape easily, and stretched out around the neck easily.
