Great solid product. Happy with final product. Although I will say it’s a bit hard to install due to the weight. Definitely needed help to hold beams up. I would suggest the company to send a stencil or template for hole placing. It would make it easier. I would recommend two ladders and putting up one piece at a time. This way you’re only lifting 20 lbs at a time and not 40 like the instructions tell you to. Then build the beam while up in the ceiling. Works very smooth and love the space it creates. I can get a great workout then Push it away so I can park my car in the garage. Pretty awesome.

We ordered multiple I-beams to cover the length of our room, they fit together seamlessly! VERY sturdy, my husband is a heavy hitter and these beams don’t move a bit. Bags on rails move effortlessly once unlocked, making it super easy to change our training area for different styles of fighting. I highly recommend this product to keep your gym functional and organized. One of my favorite purchases in building our home MMA gym.

Absolutely professional grade! This is like a train track on your ceiling for a heavy bag. The smooth wheels glide along the center carrying my 130lbs Muay Thai bag from one end of the 8 foot run to the other. The ability to lock it into place is great, and you just need a step stool to twist the brake handles to hold the bag in one place or release it to slide out of the way. I weight 215lbs and was doing pull ups on the rail along side the 130lbs heavy bag and there was zero movement. This rail is incredibly solid if you take your time and follow the directions with the installation. This is a two person job and because the tracks are so sturdy and heavy, it is a challenge holding them in place to mark the pilot holes and then lock the bolts onto the ceiling joists. I took my time and hand tightened each bolt with a ratchet. I have young children and needed to ensure this would never come down. After a week of abuse, I am confident that there is no possibility of it failing. I called customer support to inquire about the delivery and then had a question about the installation. The customer service was five stars, the gentleman I spoke with even provided his cell phone number right before Christmas in case I had any issues. If I could give this 6 stars, I would.
