I have a medium/large head for hats and these fit fine. These could be worn in a commercial kitchen for the chefs who don't like the tufted toques. I used these with friends for a canning session, where I wanted to be extra careful about cleanliness.

My chef is female and says these are perfect for her. The adjustment at the rear is simple. These hats have a mesh top to vent and help keep the head cooler. I wish they came all one color because our kitchen uses white, so the red and black are extra. This makes the $16 dollar price a bit high, which is why I gave 4 stars. If you need multiple colors chef hats then these are a good value and will last.
