Very heavy, well made, all metal antenna. Am tuning in airband a little better on my Quansheng Q5. Well worth the low price for a cool toy to play with.

To be honest I was very nervous about buying this but wow was I wrong to doubt it! I’m picking up clear airport signals from 140miles away and I live in a valley. I love the collapsed size as it’s about the same size as the stock uv-5m+ antenna. More testing to do but so far i HIGHLY recommend it. I will update if my opinion changes with more use.

Has a nice chart on the side to show you how many sections for what frequency. Seems to be of good quality. Increased my range.

Makes the price worth it. No, it is not the best antenna but far better than most stock rubber ducks.With the trade off of no flexibility.
