Fill the bottle with water
Add an appropriate amount of fresh, clean water to your water bottle. Timely replacement of fresh water is very important for your pet's health.
Install the water bottle
Attach the water bottle to the base. There is a small hole in the base for hamster entertainment.
Check the water outlet
Please press the ball at the spout with your finger to make sure the water flows properly.
Place on the platform
Although we have a sturdy base, the level still needs to be placed on a stable countertop to prevent the hamster from knocking over the water bottle.

I like this water bottle, it’s small bit for a hamster it’s enough. Sits sturdy in place and easy to fill.

Product description stated ceramic base TWICE but it is plastic. My gerbils will chew through this in no time. Very displeased with inaccurate listing.

It’s a pretty good bottle, but I sometimes have the issue where the water starts to drip on it’s own. I also wished I had been able to pick out my own color; I got a dark blue one, but overall it’s pretty okay nothing too special

It was supposed to have ceramic base. It gets knocked over easy and hideout is way to small and hamster can get stuck.

Hamsters will chew this right up. I took the water bottle out and hung it from the screen top. It works great that way.

This is a smaller-sized water bottle that is good for a dwarf hamster or mouse. After the first few days I had it, it stopped working, but it was just an air bubble. I routinely check the water bottle to make sure it's working and have had no problems since then. and I've been using it for my hamster for well over a month.

El producto ha llegado correctamente. Uno de color azul y otro de color rosa. A mis hámster roboroski les gusta mucho esconderse en la cueva y la mitad de los días deciden irse allí a dormir, aún teniendo una casita. Pueden beber sin problemas. Es muy bajo así que creo que los bebés hámster que tendré en un mes podrán beber sin problemas.

My mouse loves it and uses the hide regularly. I was afraid it would drop water but it doesn’t. I’d definitely recommend this to someone that has a small rodent.
