I have to say I was skeptical when I purchased the gun. Wasn’t sure what I was going to get. So far I have to give it 5 stars. The gun is a little rough at the edges but to be presumed for the price. What matters is how it puts down paint. I am a woodworking guy and needed a paint gun for smaller projects. I own a Devilbiss FLG gun and 2 qt pressure pot setup. Kind of a hassle when I need to spray 1 or 2 parts and a few ounces of paint. Hence this setup. I spray oil based primer undercoaters/sealers and BM Advance latex with this setup. I thin the products 5% and filter them as I pour them into the liners. The lids have a filter built in which I cut out. That way the thicker paint products can flow into the nozzle with no impedance. Gun comes with 4 tips and I use the 1.7 tip with these products. Great finish and application. Hands down better than the HF purple model with 1 tip that everyone drills out and modifies. One modification I did was to etch a line on the fan control and flow/needle control knobs. I set both to their closed positions and etched a line from their center vertically to 12 o’clock. Now I have a reference if I make adjustments as I paint and then write down the settings for future reference.

Absolutely the worst spray gun I've ever used even worse than Harbor Freight $15 spray gun. Just was going to use as a backup primer gun it's not even good enough for that (spits and sprays) and yes you are reading a review from professional car painter for 30 + years... this is junk.

I just needed a gun that would spray paint well. (I am a novice so my thoughts are paint well may differ from yours). How ever This gun with the gravity feed and needing to prepare a lot of paint was awesome. I have a great friend that paints cars all the time and he helped me set up the gun and showed me how to do that right. It cleans up easy and I have used it now about a doz times and it has been fantastic since.

I got this spray gun to use in my home shop. It works as it should and creates a descent pattern. I especially like the option for the disposable paint cups - my only concern is obtaining refills. Otherwise, this spray gun will work well for my purposes. Five stars!

The gun itself feels decent in the hands. It is a little heavy for long spray applications. The cups fit on the gun tight and secure but the disassembley process requires specific tools and is really easy to damage a non replaceable part. Overall great for a beginner trying to see if they will need a better gun, but not a long term solution.

This is a large set, it does come with everything you need to learn to spray.Now the instructions are not the best, I went to You Tube and found some videos on how to set everything up and how to use and different ways to spray, intensity and other things.I do like that it is easy to hold and use. I am still learning but it is coming along well. I like that there are extra cups and liners, since I am learning it saves me time.I was not impressed witht he packaging. They just threw everything in the box and sent it, not really any care for the delivery of the product or the customers impression. I have not had anything come that way before so I first thought that it was a return, but after reading other reviews I guess that is the way they package it.So far I am happy with it so no complaints in that department.

There was a time when import sprayers were a fools errand, but those days are apparently gone. Been using this gun a lot, and for what it is, I'm impressed.
