It is a defect we took the vehicle to Authorize certified Repair Shop they removed our parts step-by-step.This item did not fit until we wasted money. With the car not working, we lose money because we can’t work

After a close encounter with a runaway shopping cart. a replacement assembly was needed. This light for my 2015 Highlander arrived in a custom cushioned package, with no blemishes, and the fitment was exact. A side-by-side comparison showed an exact match to the original and the install was pretty easy (about 45 minutes). It snapped in, the wiring was connected and the bulbs were added. Voila! Back on the road.

Bought this to replace my OEM taillight that was cracked with condensation. Worked great, perfect fit. Will have to see how they stand up to the test of time. Installation was easy with the help of YouTube.

I broke the clear plastic of the turn signal on the driver's side outer tail light. I had to replace the entire outer tail light assembly and the cost from Amazon was only a third of what a dealer would charge. The old assembly was removed, the new one put in and it fit perfectly. It used the existing bulbs on the vehicle, as the light bulbs are not included. Once installed it looked like the original and matched the passenger side outer tail light. If you need to replace a tail light, get it from Amazon!

I have a 2014 Toyota Highlander xle and the taillight was broken from the car wash. I watched a couple YouTube videos and installed it myself took maybe 20-30 minutes. Very easy and very nice looking factory taillight.
