After buying the new filter, the vacuum cleaner makes a high-pitched whistle. The rubber outside edge of the filter doesn't to fit right. I compared the foam size to my old one and this one is a lot smaller. When I put in my old foam pad, the whistling noise decreased by it's still there. Very irritating!
