(I’m happy to update this if the seller answers my questions) I was so thankful to receive these so quickly to help with my blocked milk duct, and they froze relatively quickly! However they smell like rubbing alcohol. I had to wash my boob before I could breastfeed my baby.Dear seller, is there instructions for washing these to get rid of the smell without damaging them?***UPDATE: I was able to get the smell completely out of the fabric side by washing them in a tub of water and dawn dish soap and soaking them for about 15 min. The plastic side still has a bit of a smell, but significantly better. I’m not changing the review rating because the seller never responded to me.

They work great, stay heated or cooled long. But they did smell like a pool inflatable fresh out the box. Had to scrub to get plastic chemical smell out.

The product works as stated, its just not designed for larger breasts as it doesnt cover much of the brest tissue where blockage happens. works pretty good with standard pumps but is difficult to use with wearable and wire free models.

ordered these to help with my frequently clogged ducts. i'm a former rice sock, current heated lactation massager user. i decided to try these to add to the combination and help out with my needs. i followed the instructions for heating time, but found that the recommended time was not enough to heat them well enough for me. i've found the perfect time for my microwave is between 25-28 seconds. i apply them to my chest for about 5 min before pumping and leave them on there for a bit during. i find myself tucking the top of the pad into my bra or leaning backwards slightly in order to keep them where they should be. they are a decent size (I've got DDDs so things are always a challenge to fit right!). They are priced at $14.77 and currently discounted to $11.82 (20% off). they can be useful after my pumping journey is over as well. i have not used them as an ice pack since i dont need them for that feature. i would recommend this product!
