When I first opened the bag I started doing a return. It says it adjust 14-22” and it is the same size as leg straps. But because my belly straps were dry rotted I am in a bind so went out put it on the blanket at the longest length and it was just long enough to not be in a bind. It does stretch clearly these are leg straps not belly straps as advertised. Because of this I don’t recommend ! Will have to do for now. The photo beside a sticky note pad is just for size comparison!

No possible way these straps can be utilized as belly straps with an average sized horse's sheet/blanket.
