I got a fun bright yellow hoop that unfortunately was cracked upon arrival. The spinsterz customer service team reached out and helped me get it sorted. I was so grateful they worked to fix a mistake that was totally out of their hands.

I started out with a weighted hoop, just under 3 lb. graduated to a 1.7 lb weighted hoop about a month and a half ago. I needed a greater challenge to keep my hula hoop workouts in the strenuous cardio range.Well, this will certainly do the trick. 5 stars for well made, well shipped and instructions to rest it and put together. But be aware, IMO this is NOT a beginner’s hoop. It is a hoop for someone who has got the hang of keeping the hoop circulating and needs to take the workout (or plain fun) to the next level. Exactly what I wanted/needed.But had I started with this hoop, I don’t believe I would have succeeded. Yeah, I’m technically still a beginner. I don’t walk or do tricks or anything - but I’ve kept that 1.5 weight hoop up for 10 to 15 minutes each direction and no longer work up a sweat. This one defeated me on my non dominant direction in 3 minutes. I finished my workout with the 1.5 pound hoop and look forward to working up to a full session with this one.It is fantastic, but know that it is like night and day compared to a beginner weighted hoop!

I got lime green!!! It's my favorite color! The hoop has been really fun to play with. I got the recommended size for a beginner. I've been playing with it so much that the back of my hands are sore from doing off-body tricks. The hoop is light and surprisingly easy to keep up. I have an easier time with this hoop than the hoops I played with as a kid. Obviously because this is better quality. It's so much fun.Edit: I wish I had bought a smaller size. I'm 5'5" and it's way too big to do anything much more than newbie tricks. Any tricks I try with legs just hits the ground. So if you're my size, don't get the biggest hoop size.

LOVE IT!My first hoop, perfect size and weight and I got a wonderful color. Mine is translucent purple! I learned so much in one days time with this hoop and it arrived EARLY. Took less than 24 hours, maybe 2 hrs to get back to a circular shape after shipping! Will definitely buy from here again! Thanks so much

The random color I received was absolutely perfect it makes my inner child really happy! I had originally ordered a smaller size (32" for intermediate-advanced but it had been too many years since hula hooping as a child and I was more of a beginner than I realized. I was able to return the hoop for a refund minus shipping costs and get a bigger one. I am so much happier with this one. I will definitely be ordering from them again directly from their website!

I first ordered a hoop from a different brand. It was heavy, clunky, and hard to put together and so I returned it. This one, by comparison, is a breeze. Only one connector to put together after it unwinds from its long journey. For beginning hula hoopers, this is the one to choose for its size and light weight.

Love this hoop!!!! Arrived earlier than expected, perfectly packaged, and no damages! I let it expand naturally 24+ hours as instructed. Everything is perfect, and the color is absolutely gorgeous!
