Although this is not listed on the illustrated parts list for the 1997 Honda VT1100c Shadow Spirit- this is the EXACT part for a leaking shift linkage. I removed the OEM part and the numbers matched this one.

This was for a Honda lawnmower transmission. Honda does not have parts for it anymore

Used this oil seal for the axle that runs through the hydrostatic transmission in my Honda HRX217. After five years mine had developed a steady leak from one of them. Replaced it and filled the transmission with Royal Purple ATF. Mower runs better than it has for the past two seasons and maybe as good as new. Super happy customer!

Fit Honda HRX217 perfectly and the part appeared to be of the same fit and finish as the original. Tolerances seem to be exactly the same as the original seal.
