Second order was incorrect engraving. Cost me $114. Requested return or refund and have not a answer. May try to call them but who knows the outcome. Engraving for previous order is very faint and difficult to read on glass.

The etching was clean, but not very readable. The etching isn't very deep and have to look at angle to see the etching. A white wash or deeper etching would make these so much better.

Glad I found this nice, personalizable gift but was disappointed that the engraving was very difficult to read, even after filling with a dark liquid. Needs a higher quality, denser engraving.
