Easy to assemble. The dual electric plug is great for the printer and the shredder so we can still plug the robot vacuum into the same wall outlet. There is even a drawer to store spare paper for the printer.

While building this, I realized just how poorly this was setup for install. Instead of focusing on completing the main part of the product first, they do part and then want you to build an accessory, and then work on the main product some more. It doesn't make sense. Ding for that.Second ding... They provided this plug for your printers to hook up to. There's just one problem. They placed it on the side of the product instead of the back. Second part to the second ding... They put the cord on either the inside or outside, depending on how you install it, and the plugs are on the opposite side of where the power comes in. This means that either way you install this accessory, you now have power cords running inside the product, where you should be able to store things. A better way to handle this would have been to put the plugs at the back, since there is nothing really to block you from accessing the plugs, and have both the power cord and plugs reside on the back side, so you can bring power to where you need it, instead of running it inside. I just decided not to install this and used a power strip instead.I could have dinged it down further for the drawer, but I'll be honest, it's not that bad. I almost like their design for the drawer, but it's not great either. The drawer is MADE FROM FABRIC, just in case you need a solid drawer, this isn't it. Also, the pullout drawer at the bottom only has two wheels. You can't pull it all the way out.Not all tools to assemble the product are included. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver and possibly a small pair of pliers to hold a couple of small nuts, which hold the useless plugs together in the board that you are supposed to install on the side.PROS: It is a good product. While it doesn't exactly feel solid, it does hold my old HP printer just fine. I have several reams of paper on the middle shelf. A bunch of old paper to recycle, printed on one side, is in the drawer along with a few other items. On the bottom shelf is a new 40lb box of kitty litter and some cleaning items. I just built this, so it's not entirely setup the way I like it yet, but I do like the product and would recommend it.It looks somewhat nice.

I Love This Stand. I Originally Got It For My Printer & Business Supplies But I Ended Up Using It For Something Else. It Was Easy To Put It Together, It Has Wheels, Side Pockets, It Has A Drawer And An Adjustable Shelf. Overall 10/10

I purchased this printer stand to use it as a printer stand, storage for reams of printer paper, and a shredder.When I received the package, I immediately opened it. As with packages of this size, the contents were layered between plastic and/or styrofoam. Every piece seemed to have been protected from any breakage and unwanted scratching. I took out each piece one by one and matched it to the parts list. Everything matched up perfectly.Assembly was simple and easy to follow using the instruction manual. The pieces fit together well and very snugly. I much prefer the snug fit on pieces of this size as it seems to increase the durability and overall strength of the piece.Pros -- Can use this for more than just a printer - consider a shredder, office supplies in the pull out drawer, a CPU and tons of other things- Two outlets make it possible to plug in a few different devices - you choose- Wheels to move the stand from room to room- Pull out drawer - yes it's fabric but with a strong cardboard insert for the bottom, usable for lots of office or desk supplies- Bottom shelf slides in and out for convenienceThe one thing I would suggest is to put this rack in the spot where you want it before loading it up. Minimizing having to move it over and over again will prolong the functionality of the rack.Be sure to measure the width of your printer. My printer was too wide for the top shelf. I didn’t realize how clever IKEA was with packaging design until I bought this. Multiple screws with small differences, poor parts fit, packed in crumbling styrofoam. I could have dealt with that, but one piece had a bent drawer slide that was ripped off the adjacent metal.I decided to make do with some stacked crates and maybe a nice tray in case the printer links ink.

On the bottom we fit our CPU and bass of our sound system. In the middle we placed our printer and on top we placed a scanner and other desk accessories. I like that you can customize where to put the basket and mid-level plug in. There were holes drilled on both sides to allow for you to place these items where you'd like. I did need a screw driver at one point (that wasn't provided) and a few of the bolts didn't fit the given Allen wrench well. Lastly, one of the bottom corner screw-on pads was defective. The threading was messed up and I had to figure out an alternative piece to ensure that the structure stayed level. All in all, I spent over an hour putting this together. And I haven't yet reached out to customer service about replacement parts so I can't vouch for that. Overall, I would say the product is good and sturdy and I would recommend to others as long as you have your own tools and some added patience.
