I’m 5’2 and this chair has really good dimensions. I can firmly plant my feet on the ground and the lower back support actually hits my lower back. While I know this is a kids chair, the self-locking wheels (that prevent the chair from rolling while you’re sitting in it) are INCREDIBLY frustrating. You basically have to roll the chair as close to your desk as you want it to be and then squeeze into it or sit and then jump-scoot it closer, like a stool. That feature alone gives it a three star

I don't know how easy it was to assemble - it arrived while I was out of the house and was assembled before I got home. It is the first "work chair" that I can raise high enough to comfortably reach my keyboard and still have a place to rest my feet so I don't just pull my legs up onto the chair. My only complaint is the foot rest should be a little wider so the foot has more support to be flat, and it would be nice if it went the full circle since the seat turns.

This chair was very simple to assemble and I did it with only my 10 y/o's help holding it in place. You need no extra tools. I ordered the pink, hoping it would come close to matching the "ballet pink" faux fur rug and fabric bins. It is a very close match! The sleek contemporary design and materials fit the galaxy theme we were aiming for. My child is undersized for her age; so the foot rest on the bottom is perfect until she grows a bit more and can be simply removed if desired. The seat's height adjustment also makes it work for now and as she grows. The roller wheels glide smoothly for now; but I may upgrade them in the future. We love that the arm rests fold up and back to allow the chair to be pushed further under the desk when not in use. You can leave the arm rests off as an option, as well. For such a simple design with easy assembly or disassembly, I am very impressed with the functionality, aesthetics, and the price. Hopefully, this chair will also prove to be durable and hold up under daily use. I will try to remember to post an update at a later time.
