At first I thought I bought the wrong product. I wanted reflective permanent vinyl. Glow in the dark would have been a bonus . Ad states both reflective and white glow in the dark .The paper packaging states "reflective". ** This product is neither reflective nor glow in the dark. After peeling the backing paper off there is a semi reflective surface but this is the sticky mounting surface, not the surface facing out. Thought maybe there was another layer to peel off. nope.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT . IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY
